Returns Policy
Standard Returns (Non-Customised Products)
If you purchased stock items (e.g. plain RFID cards, unprinted wristbands, accessories), you may return them within 14 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), provided that:

The outer packaging and security seal have not been opened.

Items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Once the sealed packaging around RFID key cards or wristbands has been opened, we cannot accept a return for hygiene and security reasons.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving your return.
Customised & Semi-Custom Products
Items produced to order (e.g. printed RFID cards, branded wristbands, encoded cards, key packets) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where:

The product does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong design, encoding, or chip type).
If you believe your customised order is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or samples.
