No. In-stock is a specialised fulfilment and logistics service, similar to a focused 3PL for keys and access credentials. Hotels order through a sales contact (and optionally a simple curated web page), not a complex portal.
How do you handle different lock systems and chip types?
During setup, we map RFID chip technologies to each property’s lock system and standardise those specs in your catalog. We then only supply genuine, compatible credentials (e.g., NXP-based chips aligned with your lock vendors).
Do we have to commit to holding warehouse stock?
In-stock works best when we hold base stock of your branded designs—that’s what unlocks bulk pricing and fast turnaround. We can start small and scale up warehousing as the programme proves itself.
