2. Content Review & Approval

All technical, product, and trade-related content is reviewed prior to publication by: Joe Pickup – Business Unit Manager RFID Hotel

Joe works with hotel groups and procurement teams to manage RFID key card supply across multiple properties. He focuses on compatibility, stock availability, and maintaining a consistent ordering process. He supports complex requirements including multi-site rollouts and bespoke specifications. With a background in supply chain and contract management, he ensures supply remains structured and reliable.

Review responsibilities include:

  • Verifying product specifications against internal data and supplier information
  • Checking that use-case claims are realistic and evidence-based
  • Ensuring pricing examples reflect actual quoting structures
  • Removing or revising any ambiguous or exaggerated language

No content is published without this review step.

3. Content Review & Update Process

We operate a structured Annual Review cycle, combined with reactive updates.

Scheduled Reviews

All core pages (product pages, guides, category content) are reviewed at least once per year

Reviews focus on:

  • Product availability and specifications
  • Pricing accuracy
  • Relevance of recommendations and use cases

Trigger Based updates

Content may be updated immediately when:

  • New products or materials are introduced
